6. When replacing the system board, be sure to remove the USB bracket and memory shield from the
old system board and install them onto the new system board. To remove the system board bracket,
remove the Phillips M2.0 × 3.0 screw (1), and then slide the bracket (2) off the system board.
7. To remove the memory shield, peel up the large piece of protective tape enough to access the
shield underneath.
8. Lift the memory shield straight up and off the system board.
