PROPFRAC PROPFRAC rewrites a rational fraction so as to bring out
its whole number part.
PROPFRAC(A(X)/ B(X)) writes the rational fraction A(X)/
B(X) in the form:
where R”(X) = 0, or 0 ≤ deg (R(X) < deg (B(X).
