Status Status of the print job:
Printing: currently printing on the printer

Paused: user paused the print job●
Spooling: job is being spooled to the appliance by a client●
Queued: job is queued and is waiting to be printed●
Unknown: error occurred; unknown status
(the user should delete the print job with this status)

To manage print jobs for a printer, follow these steps:
Under Print Services on the menu, select Printers.1.
Find the appropriate printer and click
for that same line. The Print Jobs page is displayed.2.
To delete a print job, click
on the line for the print job.3.
Click refresh to update the page or click
to return to the Printers page.4.
