Before removing the system board, follow these steps:
1. Prepare the computer for disassembly (Preparation for disassembly on page 21).
2. Remove the bottom cover (Bottom cover on page 21).
3. Remove the battery (see Battery on page 23).
4. Remove the fan (see Fan on page 27).

● USB board cable (ZIF) from USB board (4)
● USB board cable (ZIF) from USB board (5)
● Keyboard backlight cable (ZIF) (6) (select products only)
● Touchpad cable (ZIF) (7)
● Keyboard cable (ZIF) (8)
● Fingerprint reader cable (ZIF) (9)
● Speaker cable (10)
