3. Remove the power connector cable from the computer (3).
Reverse this procedure to install the power connector cable.

Before removing the ngerprint reader board, follow these steps:
1. Prepare the computer for disassembly (Preparation for disassembly on page 30).
2. Remove the bottom cover (Bottom cover on page 30).
3. Remove the battery (see Battery on page 38).
Remove the ngerprint reader board:
1. Disconnect the cable from the ZIF connector on the ngerprint board (1).
2. Remove the Phillips M2.0 × 2.0 screw (2) that secures the ngerprint reader bracket to the computer,
and then remove the bracket (3).
