Faded print or white streaks
1 Check to see if the toner cartridge is getting low on toner.
2 Make sure the media you are using meets HP’s paper
specifications (for example, it might be too moist or too rough).
3 Toner density setting might need to be adjusted.
4 A part of the product might be damaged.See “Managing
HP LaserJet toner cartridges” on page 216.
5 Adjust the setting from the front panel.
6 Contact the HP Customer Care for service.

1 Print a few more pages to see if the problem corrects itself.
2 Clean the inside of the printer or run a manual cleaning page to
clean the fuser.
3 Replace the toner cartridge.
