To install a fan:
1. Remove the fan blanks ("Fan population guidelines" on page 54).
2. Install the additional fans included in the processor option kit.
3. To determine which fan blanks need to be removed to install the additional fans, see "Fan population
guidelines (on page 54)."
4. Install the access panel (on page 21).
5. Install the server into the rack ("Installing the server into the rack" on page 29).
6. Power up the server (on page 17).
