5. Install the processor memory drawer.
6. Power up the server.
DIMMs
To remove the component:
1. Power down the server.
2. Remove the processor memory drawer (“Remove the upper or lower processor memory drawer
or processor memory drawer blank” (page 26)).
3. Remove the processor memory drawer cover (“Remove a processor memory drawer cover”
(page 27)).
4. Remove the memory cartridge.
5. Open the memory cartridge cover.
