Support Ticket
The Support Ticket page provides information about the Support Ticket configuration. Information
about support tickets that have been generated is found under the Data Collection topic. See Data
collection (page 117).
To modify the Support Ticket configuration
Click Modify, make the required changes and click OK.

DescriptionName
Shows whether data collection for a system crash is enabled or not.Automatic data collection

This is the retention policy. The number denotes the number of previously collected tar
files to be retained in each node.
Number of data sets to be
retained
After each data collection, a zip file containing specified StoreOnce and system command
outputs representing the appliance configuration may be sent. This can be enabled or
disabled.
