Removing an optical drive (minitower configuration)
1. Disconnect power from the system (Predisassembly procedures on page 57), remove the side
access panel (

(

2. Disconnect the power (1) and data (2) cables from the optical drive.

3. Lift the green drive-lock release lever (1) and gently slide the drive out of the chassis (2).
