To prepare for the software setup using the HPE 3PAR Guided Setup software, complete this worksheet.
Information is needed for the HPE 3PAR Service Processor, the HPE 3PAR StoreServ 9000 Storage system,
and the HPE 3PAR StoreServ Management Console (SSMC).
IMPORTANT: The HPE 3PAR Guided Setup software is available for the initial installation. If the
installation must be performed again (for example, due to a relocation of the storage system), contact your
Hewlett Packard Enterprise support representative. Record user names and passwords only in a secure
location.
