5 Pull tab Provides server serial number and iLO label.
6 Media Module Adapter 1 GbE Media Module Adapter containing two ports numbered
1 and 2, from left to right for the HPE SimpliVity Management
network.
7 Power button/LED Solid green = System on
Flashing green = Performing power on sequence
Solid amber = System in standby
Off = No power present
8 UID button/LED Solid blue = Activated
1 flash per second = Remote management or firmware
upgrade in progress
4 flashes per second = iLO manual soft reboot sequence
initiated
8 flashes per second = iLO manual hard reboot sequence in
progress
Off = Deactivated
9 iLO service port Use to download the Active Health System Log to a supported
USB flash drive. Also provides a connection for a client (such
as a laptop) with a supported USB to Ethernet adapter to
access the iLO web interface, remote console, CLI, iLO
RESTful API, or scripts.
10 iLO management port Dedicated port for remote, out-of-band, web-based
management using Integrated Lights-Out (iLO), an HPE
proprietary embedded server management technology.
11 PCIe Slot 2 Two 10 GbE ports numbered 1 and 2, from right to left. Use
interfaces 1 and 2 for HPE SimpliVity Management, federation,
and storage networks.
12 SUV connector Provides serial, USB, and a video port connection for
maintenance purposes.
13 Power supplies Two redundant hot plug power supplies with fans. Each power
supply has a status indicator LED for AC power present
(green).
If you need to replace a power supply, always disconnect the
power cord before removing the power supply.
