3.7 What data will be erased if I restore my phone to its
factory settings?
Restoring your phone to the factory settings erases all your personal data from the phone
storage, including information about your email accounts, system and application settings,
and installed applications.
3.8 How do I update my phone?
Back up important data, such as your contacts, messages, and call log, before the update.
Before the update, make sure your phone has Internet access.
Go to Settings, touch Updates >System updates >Online update, and follow the onscreen
instructions to complete the update.
