6.8 How can I recover contacts from my microSD card?
Access the /sdcard directory of your microSD card from File Manager. Select the
saved .vcf file from which you want to recover contacts. When the phone displays a
message asking you whether to recover contacts from your microSD card, touch OK.
If there’s no contact in your phone, Touch Contacts. On the Contacts screen, touch
Import contacts > Storage. Select the account you want to import, and then select the
saved .vcf file from which you want to recover contacts.
If there are contacts in your phone，Touch Contacts. On the Contacts screen, touch
. From the displayed option menu, choose Import/Export > Import from
storage. Select the account you want to import, and then select the saved .vcf file from
which you want to recover contacts.

6.9 How can I back up my contacts list using Gmail?
1. On the Settings screen, touch Add account > Google to log in to your Google account.
If you have already logged in to your Google account, skip this step.
