6.4 What can I do if my ringtone automatically restores to
the default one after I change it?
If the ringtone you set is not a native one, check whether you have deleted or moved
the ringtone file. If so, set the ringtone again.
If your phone supports external microSD cards and the ringtone file you set is saved in
a microSD card, the ringtone will restore to the default one when you connect your
phone to a computer in USB storage mode. Disconnect your phone from the computer
or move the ringtone file to your phone storage.
If your phone supports external microSD cards and the ringtone file you set is saved in
a microSD card, check whether you have uninstalled the microSD card. If so, install
the microSD card and set the ringtone again.
If the problem persists, contact Huawei technical support.
6.5 Can I delete the native tones?
No.
6.6 How do I export contacts to another phone using a SIM
card?
On the Contacts screen, touch > Import/Export > Export to SIM card. Follow the
onscreen instructions to export contacts from your phone to the SIM card.
