− On your computer, download and install Google Calendar Sync. In the Google
Calendar Sync dialog box, configure your Google account settings, select 2-way, set
the synchronization interval, and then save the settings.
Any change in calendar entries will be synchronized to Microsoft Outlook, Gmail, and your
phone. For example, after you add a calendar entry to your phone, this entry will be
synchronized to Gmail. When you launch Microsoft Outlook on your computer, this entry will
also be synchronized to Microsoft Outlook via Google Calendar Sync.
