Install and remove MCBs using the MCB extracting kit. Do not install or remove MCBs
barehanded.

Step 5 Remove the copper bars on both ends of the old MCB, and install the copper bars on a new
MCB.
Verify that the new MCB is switched to OFF before the installation.

Step 6 Install the new MCB using the MCB extracting kit, and close the handles on both sides of the
hot-swap base.
