Procedure
Step 1 Prepare positive and negative connectors.
Use the Amphenol Helios H4 PV connectors provided with the SUN2000. If the terminals are
lost or damaged, purchase the PV connectors of the same model. The device damaged caused
by incompatible PV connectors is not covered under any warranty or service agreement.
Crimp the metal contacts supplied with DC connectors using crimping tool H4TC0002
(Amphenol, recommended), PV-CZM-22100 (Staubli), or PV-CZM-19100 (Staubli). When
choosing PV-CZM-22100 or PV-CZM-19100, do not use the locator. Otherwise metal
contacts would be damaged.
