7.1.3 Exporting Data
Procedure
Step 1 Choose Tool Kit > Local maint script > Inverter Command Settings on the SUN2000 app
to generate a boot script file for exporting data (boot script file for short).
Step 2 Import the boot script file to a PC.
Step 3 Connect the USB flash drive to the USB port. The system automatically identifies the USB
flash drive and executes all commands specified in the boot script file. View the LED
indicator to determine the operating status.
Verify that the ciphertext in the boot script file matches the login password of the SUN2000
app. If they do not match and you insert the USB flash drive for five consecutive times, the
user account will be locked for 10 minutes.

Step 4 Insert the USB flash drive into a PC and check the exported data.
After the data is exported, the boot script file and exported data file are saved in the root directory of the
USB flash drive.

7.1.4 Upgrading
Procedure
Step 1 Obtain the software upgrade package from the technical support website.
Step 2 Decompress the upgrade package.
