The grid voltage exceeds the
higher threshold or the high
voltage duration has lasted for
more than the value specied by
HVRT.
1. Check whether the grid
connection voltage exceeds
the upper threshold. If yes,
contact the local power
operator.
2. If you have
conrmed that
the grid connection voltage
exceeds the upper
threshold and obtained the
consent of the local power
operator, modify the
overvoltage protection
threshold.
3. Check that the peak grid
voltage does not exceed
the upper threshold.

The dierence between grid phase
voltages exceeds the upper
threshold.
1. Check that the grid voltage
is within the normal range.
2. Check the connection of
the AC output power cable.
If the cable connection is
proper but the alarm
occurs frequently and
aects the power
production of the PV plant,
contact the local power
operator.

Major Cause ID = 1
Power grid exception: The actual
grid frequency is higher than the
requirement of the local power
grid standard.
1. If the alarm occurs
accidentally, the power grid
may be abnormal
temporarily. The SUN2000
automatically recovers
after detecting that the
power grid becomes
normal.
2. If the alarm occurs
frequently, check whether
the grid frequency is within
the acceptable range. If no,
contact the local power
operator. If yes, modify the
power grid overfrequency
protection threshold with
the consent of the local
power operator.
