6 Commissioning
6.1 Checking Before Power-On
1. Check that the SUN2000 is installed correctly and securely.
2. Check that the DC switch and downstream AC output switch are OFF.
3. Check that all ground cables are connected correctly and securely.
4. Check that all AC output power cables are connected correctly and securely,
without open circuits or short circuits.
5. Check that all DC input power cables are connected correctly and securely,
without open circuits or short circuits.
6. Check that the communications cable is connected correctly and securely.
7. Check that all used cable glands at the bottom of the enclosure are sealed,
and that the thread-lock sealing nut is tightened.
8. Check that the AC terminal cover is reinstalled.
9. Check that the maintenance compartment interior is clean and tidy, without
foreign matter.
10. Check that the maintenance compartment door is closed and the door screws
are tightened.
11. Check that unused DC input terminals are sealed.
12. Check that unused USB port is plugged with watertight cap.
13. Check that unused cable glands are plugged and the thread-lock sealing nuts
are tightened.
