• During the pairing with a new phone, if your device prompts you to restore it to its
factory settings, follow the onscreen instructions to do so. (Applicable to certain
models only.)
• For watches compatible with eSIM, you can choose to retain the eSIM information
before restoring the watch to its factory settings. If the eSIM information is retained,
you can continue using the eSIM service directly after the pairing with a new phone is
completed. If the eSIM information is not retained, you will need to contact your
carrier to deregister from the eSIM service and activate it again.
