2.26 Restore the operation of factory settings
1. On the home screen, click .
2. click Backup & Reset.
3. Click Factory data reset > Reset phone.
4. Click Erase everything, and the phone begins to restore the factory settings, and then automatically
restarts.
2.27 How to enter and exit the Safe Mode
Long press the power key until the the following windows popup.
Click and hold the “Power off” menu, the following windows will be popup, select “Ok” to
reboot to the Safe Mode.
