4. Power on your Humminbird fi sh fi nder. Start Normal mode.
5. Insert the SD or microSD card (with the software fi le) into the fi sh fi nder card slot.
6. Follow the on-screen prompts to update the fi sh fi nder software.
The software can be installed at a later time by using the Software Updates tool.
7. When the software update is complete, remove the SD or microSD card from
the fi sh fi nder card slot.
Update Accessory Software with an SD Card
You will need an SD or microSD card (depending on your fi sh fi nder model).
1. Install a formatted SD or microSD card into the computer card slot.
2. Go to humminbird.johnsonoutdoors.com, and click Support > Software
Updates.
3. Scroll down to Accessories and Mapping. The available software updates are
listed as downloads under each accessory product. Confi rm your fi sh fi nder
model is listed in the software description.
• Read the notices and instructions, and select Download.
• Follow the on-screen prompts to save the software fi le to the SD or microSD
card.
4. Power on your Humminbird fi sh fi nder. Start Normal mode.
5. Insert the SD or microSD card (with the software fi le) into the fi sh fi nder card
slot.
6. Select Tools > Software Updates. Scroll to MEGA Live 2 on the Accessories list.
Confi rm that the most current software version is selected from the list, and
select Install Now.
7. When the software update is complete, remove the SD or microSD card from
the fi sh fi nder card slot.
