2. Attach the Landscape Mode Mount to the Shaft Mount
Use the following instructions to attach the
Landscape Mode mount onto the shaft mount.
1. Fold the Landscape Mode mount down
using the dual release buttons.
2. For installation on an Ultrex or Fortrex
trolling motor, secure the included small
rubber pads to the inside of the shaft
mount as shown in the illustration Shaft
Mount Rubber Pad Placement. Remove
the backing from the pads and press the
adhesive sides firmly into place against
the shaft mount.

For installation on an Ultrex QUEST trolling motor, rubber pads are not
needed. Proceed to Step 3.
3. Align the key on the shaft mount and the Landscape Mode mount to connect
them.
