Measure and mark the middle groove on each mounting
channel starting at 2" from each end and make additional
marks located approximately 18" apart.

Drill the screw holes in the mounting channels using a

" drill bit.

Test fit the left mounting channel into the window
opening.

If the gap is greater than

", select the proper
combination of top and bottom end caps to minimize
the gap.
NOTE: D-seal on the top of the top end caps can be effective in reducing light gaps.

Attach the end caps as shown and test fit to ensure a snug fit.

Repeat for the right side.
