Plate
Removing the Modular Motor (If Necessary)
■ Method 1: Insert the
screwdriver into the slot on
the drive assembly. Twist
about
1
/
4
turn to release
the spring-latch, and pull
down gently on the motor
assembly to separate.
■ Method 2: This method
works best when fabric is
still installed on the headrail.
Disconnect the satellite eye
and the power cable. Insert
a hex key into the side slot
on the drive assembly (either
front or back) to release
the spring-latch, then pull
down gently on the motor
assembly to separate.
Removing the Fabric (If Necessary)
Important: Make sure you have clean hands or wear
disposable gloves when handling Luminette
®
fabric. Select an
area in the home where the fabric can be laid flat. Do not fold the
fabric or drape it over furniture.
■ Traverse the fabric to the stacked position.
■ Detach both end treatments from the swivel plates at the
ends of the headrail. Hold the swivel plate and pull up on the
end treatment.
