5.23.1 To remove components of the chain
tensioner 436Li/330i
1. Disassemble the drive wheel cover, saw chain and
guide bar.

2. Remove the screws and remove the wear guard,
cap and the chain tensioner components.
5.23.2 To attach components the chain
tensioner 436Li/330i
1. Put the chain tensioner components in the drive
wheel cover.
2. Attach the wear guard and cap.
3. Assemble the drive wheel cover, saw chain and
guide bar. See
