The controller controls refrigeration temperature
and is factory installed inside the control panel.
Adjust the control to maintain the discharge
air temperature shown above. Measure dis-
charge air temperatures at the center of the
discharge louver.
Defrosts are time initiated and temperature
terminated for self-contained models. The defrost
settings are factory set as shown above.
To ensure a thorough defrost, defrost must be
terminated by the temperature termination
setting — not by time.

Notes:
The cases are pre programmed with
AP2 as default, which is low temp
frozen food application.
If the customer needs Medium temp
application, the default settings are to
comply with NSF 7 Type 1.
