HINGEACCESS COVER
HORIZONTAL ADJUSTMENT:
Rotate thefront screwtoincrease
or decrease theglass gap(1+/-2 mm).
DEPTHADJUSTMENT:
Rotate therearspiraltechcam to increase or
decrease theglass gap(+/-3mm).
HEIGHT AJUSTMENT:
Loosen themountingplate (2 screws)
adjust glasstopositionand tighten
screws (+/- 3 mm).
WARNING: loosen both upperand lower
hinge before making height adjustments.
Adjust vertical gaptomaximum
toloranceof0.125".
Adjust horizontal gaptomaximum
toleranceof0.125".
STEP 1: Un-screw andremoveall access covers from
thetop andbottomhinges.
STEP 2: Adjust horizontal andverticalgapsofeach glass
(see detailA).
STEP 3: Ensure thegapsbetwen panel do not
exceed more than 0.125" see detail B.
