10. MAINTENANCEOFTHEOXYMATICSYSTEM
10.1. Maintenanceandcontroltable:

IMPORTANT: In order for the Titanium electrodes (Ti) to work 100% effectively and to avoid
deterioration, they should work at only 9.5 v, otherwise its life expectancy will be only a few
months. The GUARANTEE does not cover the deterioration of the electrodes.
The voltage should be measured weekly.
10.2. OncetheOxymaticsystemisinprogress:
 If the pump circuit is turned on, the PUMP light will go on. PUMP ON
 If the OXY position is on, the green light corresponding to the control unit of the OXIDATION
must go on. OXY
 If it is on the ION/PER position, the corresponding green light will turn on. ION/PER
NOTE: The keys OXY and ION, have two green lights. Once every so often one of the lights
will turn off and the other one will go on This means that the change in polarity has taken
place between the electrodes.
o If the ºC / AUX light comes on, this means that the auxiliary channel is on.
o If the LIGHT light is on, this means that the LIGHT channel is on.
o If the pH/mV light is on, this means that the regulating pump is on / REDOX. If the LOW and
HEIGHT lights are on, this indicates that pH is lower than “set point 1” (7.0) or above “set
point 2” (7.8). When the pH is below 7.0, the regulating pump of pH will inject acid.
