5.1.4 Other Operations
To configure other settings, such as the ring tone, alert tone, quick dial, reject message, and shield the
call, tap to open the Phone app, tap on the right side of the search box, and then perform the
desired operations.
5.2 Message
Message allows you to exchange text messages or MMS messages with other devices.
5.2.1 Sending Messages
1. Tap to open the Messaging app.
2. Tap to start a conversation.
3. Enter the phone number in the To text box.
To add more message receivers, tap next to the To text box.
4. Enter the message content in the Send message text box.
If necessary, tap to add pictures, videos, or audio files.
5. Tap to send the message.
5.2.2 Receiving Messages
Upon reception of a message, you can view the message, and then reply the message or initiate a call to
the message sender.
5.2.3 Other Operations
Archiving Messages
To archive a message, do as follows:
1. Tap to open the Messaging app.
2. Tap and hold the message until the message editing icons appear on the top of the interface, and
then tap to archive the message.
