d. Once the CP device appears under My Devices, turn off the CardioPet device by holding down the
power button for about 5 seconds.
Important: If the CardioPet device will be paired with multiple devices, then Bluetooth technology
should be disabled (turned off) on any iPad not currently being used with the CardioPet device. The
CardioPet device can be used with only one Bluetooth-enabled device at a time.
4. Specify general settings
a. Software Update: Check to see whether a software update is available; if it is, install it now.
Updates often include important defect corrections and enhancements. Not having the most current
iOS version may affect your CardioPet user experience.
b. Date & Time: Confirm that the date, time, and time zone are set accurately for your location.
