Additional troubleshooting tips
Case is not visible in vetmedstat.com
If the case was uploaded from a Windows PC:
• In the CardioPet software, select Settings > Telemedicine. Under VetMedStat Account, verify that
the VetMedStat* user name and password are correct.
• Verify that your PC has an Internet connection.
If the case was uploaded from an Android or an iOS device:
• Hold down the *Menu button, and then tap Settings . Verify that the VetMedStat account number
and password are correct and that the domain is api.vetmedstat.com.
• Verify that the device is connected to a Wi-Fi network with internet access.
