SYSTEM/FAULT PROCEDURES
Whenever the power to the IMPAX CPU is interrupted, you will see a display “SYSTEM FAULT”.
This can happen whenever there is a power surge or if the IMPAX unit is taken apart and the front
panel is disconnected from the power supply.
If you know in advance that this is going to happen, it is recommended that the counts be recorded
so that they can be re-entered.
The sequence for recovery is as follows:
SYSTEM FAULT/CALL SUPERVISOR - ENTER
ACCESS X, X, X, X - ENTER
CALL PTG ENTER
CLEAR MEMORY?
ENTER COUNTS?
OLD TOTAL
OLD PARTS MADE
OLD SHIFT COUNT
OLD BREAK
OLD BREAK MADE
ENTER COUNTS?
ENTER
If counts are known - ENTER
