For operating the temperature controlled CDGxxxD gauge via EtherCAT, two
interface cables conforming to the EtherCAT standard are required.
If no such cables are available, make two according to the following indications.
Ethernet Patch Cable Cable (CAT5e quality) with FCC68 connector.
