Drive Tray LED
Two LED indicators are located on the right side of each drive tray or at the bottom of
the front panel of a SFF (Small Form Factor) enclosure (2.5 inch hard drive trays).
When notified by a drive failure message, you should check the drive tray indicators
to find the correct location of the failed drive.
Flashing Blue indicates data is being written to or
read from the drive. The drive is busy.
Steady Blue indicates that a hard drive is
plugged-in but there is no activity on the disk drive.
Green indicates that the drive bay is populated
and is working normally.
RED indicates that the disk drive has failed, or a
connection problem occurred.
