3�12�3 Plant water content and minimum

Water content
A minimum volume of water in the primary circuit of the
plant must be guaranteed for the correct operation of the
appliance.
The minimum volume is necessary to prevent risks of
ice formation during defrosting operations or continu-
ous modulation of the compressor frequency.
It also allows the following advantages:
less wear and tear on the appliance
increased system performance
improved temperature stability and accuracy
The minimum volume is indicated in the table below:
If the minimum volume is not reached, a suitably sized
storage tank must be provided.
The minimum volume must be guaranteed in all oper-
ating modes and under all conditions.
