It adjusts the driver’s capacity in
suppressing the stall over voltage.
The bigger the value is, the stronger
the suppressing capacity is.
For the load with small inertia, the
value should be small. Otherwise,
the dynamic response of the
system will be slow.
For the load with large inertia, the
value should be large. Otherwise,
the suppressing result will be poor,
and over voltage fault may occur.
