What to do if there is no video on Insignia Media Converter?

If your TV is connected to the Insignia Media Converter with an HDMI cable, ensure the TV’s input (source) is set to HDMI. If you're using an AV cable, set the TV's input to the correct video input, such as AV or Video 1. For a coaxial cable connection, make sure the TV is on the correct channel (3 or 4). Also, verify that the video cable between the TV and the converter box is correctly connected. Finally, perform a channel scan by pressing MENU, selecting Settings, and then Channel Scan.
