PLEASENOTE:THEWARRANTYBELOWHASBEENDRAFTEDTOCOMPLYWITHFEDERALLAWAPPLICABLETOPRODUCTS
MANUFACTUREDAFTERJULY4,1975.
ThiswarrantyisextendedonlytotheoriginalpurchaserwhopurchasesthisproductwhennewandunusedfromInvacareContinuingCare,Inc(ICCI)oradealer.This
warrantyisnotextendedtoanyotherpersonorentityandisnottransferableorassignabletoanysubsequentpurchaserorowner.Coverageunderthiswarrantywillend
uponanysuchsubsequentsaleorothertransferoftitletoanyotherperson.
Thiswarrantygivesyouspeciclegalrightsandyoumayalsohaveotherlegalrightswhichvaryfromstatetostate.
ICCIwarrantstheframeandweldsonthisproductwhenpurchasednewandunusedwillbefreefromstructuraldefectsontheframeforaperiodoften(10)years,
electricalforaperiodofthree(3)years,andmechanicalforaperiodofve(5)yearsfromdateofpurchasefromICCIoradealer,withacopyoftheseller’sinvoice
requiredforcoverageunderthiswarranty.ICCIwarrantstheframeofthisproductwhenpurchasednewandunusedtobefreefromdefectsinmaterialsandworkmanship
foraperiodoften(10)yearsfromdateofpurchasefromICCIoradealer ,withacopyoftheseller’sinvoicerequiredforcoverageunderthiswarranty.Forallother
componentsofthisproductwhenpurchasednewandunused,ICCIwarrantsthattheywillbefreefromdefectsinmaterialandworkmanshipforaperiodofone(1)year
fromdateofpurchasefromICCIoradealer,withacopyoftheseller’sinvoicerequiredforcoverageunderthiswarranty.Upholstery(vinyls,fabricsand/orlaminates)are
notcoveredunderthiswarranty.Ifwithinsuchwarrantyperiodsanysuchproductshallbeproventobedefective,suchproductshallberepairedorreplaced,atICCI's
option.Thiswarrantydoesnotincludeanylabororshippingchargesincurredinreplacementpartinstallationorrepairofanysuchproduct.ICCI'ssoleobligationandyour
exclusiveremedyunderthiswarrantyshallbelimitedtosuchrepairand/orreplacement.
Forwarrantyservice,pleasecontactthedealerfromwhomyoupurchasedyourICCIproduct.Intheeventyoudonotreceivesatisfactorywarrantyservice,pleasewrite
directlytoICCIattheaddressonthebackcover,providedealer'sname,address,andthedateofpurchase,indicatenatureofthedefectand,iftheproductisserialized,
indicatetheserialnumber.Donotreturnproductstoourfactorywithoutourpriorconsent.
LIMITATIONSANDEXCLUSIONS:THEFOREGOINGWARRANTYSHALLNOTAPPLYTOSERIALNUMBEREDPRODUCTSIFTHESERIALNUMBERHASBEENREMOVEDORDEFACED,
PRODUCTSSUBJECTEDTONEGLIGENCE,ACCIDENT,IMPROPEROPERATION,MAINTENANCEORSTORAGE,PRODUCTSMODIFIEDWITHOUTICCI'SEXPRESSWRITTENCONSENT
(INCLUDING,BUTNOTLIMITEDTO,MODIFICATIONTHROUGHTHEUSEOFUNAUTHORIZEDPARTSORATTACHMENTS;PRODUCTSDAMAGEDBYREASONOFREPAIRSMADE
TOANYCOMPONENTWITHOUTTHESPECIFICCONSENTOFICCI,ORTOAPRODUCTDAMAGEDBYCIRCUMSTANCESBEYONDICCI'SCONTROL,ANDSUCHEVALUATIONWILL
BESOLELYDETERMINEDBYICCI.THEWARRANTYSHALLNOTAPPLYTONORMALWEARANDTEARORFAILURETOADHERETOTHEPRODUCTINSTRUCTIONS.
