pointingawayfromtheuserandanyotherperson(s).
2.TurntheflowdialGtosetting“0”.
3.SlowlyopenthetogglevalveDfully.
Turnthetogglevalvecounterclockwisetoopen.
4.TurntheflowdialGtosetting“5”.
5.ExaminethecylindergaugeFuntilthepressureisbelow500
psig(3447kPa).
Cylinderpressureisbelow500psig(3447kPa)when
thecylindergaugeneedleisintheredzone.
6.TurntheflowdialGtosetting“0”.
7.ClosethetogglevalveDfully.
Turnthetogglevalveclockwisetoclose.
5.3Cleaning
RefertothesafetyinformationintheMaintenancesection
beforeperformingthisprocedure.
Followthecleaning/disinfectantproductmanufacturer’sinstructions
foruse,handling,storageanddisposaloftheproduct.
Followthisproceduretocleanthecylinderassemblyasrequired
whenvisiblysoiled.
1.Ensurethecoverisinstalledonthefillport.
2.Cleanexteriorsurfacesofthecylinderwithalintfreecloth
dampenedwith70%isopropylalcohol.
3.Cleantheexteriorsurfacesoftheconserver/regulatorwitha
dry,lintfreecloth.
4.Iftheconserver/regulatorisstillvisiblysoiled,cleanwithalint
freeclothdampenedwith70%isopropylalcohol.DONOTwipe
thefillportoroutletfitting.
5.Wipethecylinderandconserver/regulatorwithadrylintfree
cloth.Ensuretheproductisdrybeforeusing.
