COMPLYWITHFEDERALLAWAPPLICABLETO
PRODUCTSMANUFACTUREDAFTERJULY4,1975.
Thiswarrantyisextendedonlytooriginalpurchaserwhopurchases
thisproductwhennewandunusedfromInvacareCorporationora
dealer.Thiswarrantyisnotextendedtoanyotherpersonorentity
andisnottransferableorassignabletoanysubsequentpurchaser
orUserCoverageunderthiswarrantywillenduponanysuch
subsequentsaleorothertransferoftitletoanyotherperson.This
warrantygivesyouspecificlegalrightsandyoumayalsohaveother
legalrightswhichmayvaryfromstatetostate.
Invacarewarrantsthisproducttobefreefromdefectsinmaterials
andworkmanshipforaperiodofthreeyearsfromdateofpurchase
fromInvacareoradealer,withacopyoftheseller’sinvoicerequired
forcoverageunderthiswarranty.
ForModelNos.IOH2MD,IOH2M6,IOH2M9,HF2PCL4,HF2PCL6
andHF2PC9,InvacarewarrantstheHomeFillconserverorregulator
(NOTincludingthecylinder)tobefreefromdefectsinmaterials
andworkmanshipforaperiodoftwoyearsfromdateofpurchase
fromInvacareoradealer,withacopyoftheseller’sinvoicerequired
forcoverageunderthiswarranty.
DONOTOPENORATTEMPTTOSERVICEUNLESSSERVICE
ISPROVIDEDBYANINVACARE-CERTIFIEDTECHNICIAN;
otherwise,thiswillvoidanyandallwarranties.Ifwithinsuchwarranty
periodsanysuchproductshallbeproventoInvacare'ssatisfactionto
bedefective,suchproductshallberepairedorreplaced,atInvacare's
option.Thiswarrantyonlyappliestothelaborforrepairsperformed
bytheInvacareServiceDepartmentorInvacaredealers.Itdoesnot
applytothelaborperformedbythepurchaseroruserorshipping
chargesincurredinreplacementpartinstallationorrepairofany
suchproduct.Thiswarrantydoesnotincludenormalwearandtear
andfailuretoadheretotheproductinstructions,.Invacare'ssole
obligationandyourexclusiveremedyunderthiswarrantyshallbe
limitedtosuchrepairorreplacement.Routinemaintenanceitems,
suchasfilters,areexcludedfromthiswarranty.
Forwarrantyservice,pleasecontactInvacare'sservicedepartmentat
thetollfreenumberonthebackpageduringnormalworkinghours.
Uponreceivingnoticeofanallegeddefectinaproduct,Invacarewill
issueaserializedreturnauthorization.Itshallbetheresponsibilityof
thepurchaser,atthepurchaser'scost,toreturntheunit,packthe
unitinamannertoavoidshippingdamageandtoshiptheunitto
eitherInvacare'splantorservicecenterasspecifiedbyInvacarein
advance.Defectiveunitsmustbereturnedforwarrantyinspection
usingtheserialnumberasidentificationwithinthirtydaysofreturn
authorizationdate.Donotreturnproductstoourfactorywithout
priorconsent.C.O.D.shipmentswillberefused;pleaseprepay
shippingcharges.
LIMITATIONSANDEXCLUSIONS:THEFOREGOING
WARRANTYSHALLNOTAPPLYTOPRODUCTSSUBJECTED
TONEGLIGENCE,ACCIDENT,IMPROPEROPERATION,
MAINTENANCEORSTORAGE,SOOTORSMOKE-FILLED
ENVIRONMENTS,OROTHERTHANNORMALAPPLICATION,
USEORSERVICE,ORTOPRODUCTSMODIFIEDWITHOUT
INVACARECORPORATION'SEXPRESSWRITTENCONSENT
(INCLUDING,BUTNOTLIMITEDTO,MODIFICATION
THROUGHTHEUSEOFUNAUTHORIZEDPARTSOR
ATTACHMENTS)ORTOPRODUCTSDAMAGEDBYREASON
OFREPAIRSMADETOANYCOMPONENTWITHOUTTHE
SPECIFICCONSENTOFINVACARECORPORATIONOR
