–Whenthevehicleisparked,theleversfor
engaginganddisengagingthemotorsmust
belockedrmlyintothe“DRIVE”position
(electromagneticmotorbrakesactivated).
Theleverforengaginganddisengagingthemotorislocated
ontheright-handsideattherear.
Disengagingthedrive
1.Switchoffthescooter(keyswitch).
2.PresstheunlockingknobAonthedisengaginglever.
3.Pushthedisengagingleverforwards.
Thedriveisdisengaged.Thescootercanbepushed
byhandnow.
Engagingthedrive
1.Pullthelevertotherear .
Thedriveisengaged.

Whenstoppingthevehicle,thedriveleverneeds
toreturnentirelytothemiddlepositionto
activatetheelectromagneticbrakes.Ifthereis
anyobstructionstoppingtheleverfromreturning
tothemiddleposition,theelectromagnetic
brakescannotbeactivated.Thiscanleadtothe
vehiclerollingunintentionally.
–Ensurethatthedriveleverisinthemiddle
position,ifthevehicleistoremainstationary.
1.Switchthepowersupplyon(keyswitch).
Theoperatingconsoledisplayilluminates.Thescooter
isreadytodrive.
Ifthescooterisnotreadytodriveafterswitching
