tubetotheoxygenoutletconnectorHontheconcentrator.
•Topositionthehumidifierbottleinapatientsidelocation,
placethehumidifierbottle/adapterassemblyinthe
humidifierbottleholderI(M1521,referto4.1Optional
Accessories,page14)andplaceonaflatsurfaceascloseto
thepatientaspossible.Attachanoxygentubingconnector
(MS4301,Referto4.1OptionalAccessories,page14)to
theendofthehumidifierbottle/adaptertube.Connectone
endoftheoxygensupplytubingG(MS4107orMS4121,
Referto4.1OptionalAccessories,page14)tothefreeend
oftheoxygentubingconnectorandtheoppositeendtothe
oxygenoutletconnectorontheconcentrator.
Whenusingtubingconnectionslongerthan2.1m(7
feet)inlength,positionthehumidifierasclosetothe
patientaspossibletoallowformaximumhumidification
output.
7.Attachthepatients’nasalcannulasupplytubetothehumidifier
bottleoutlet.
8.Afterassembly,ensurethatoxygenisflowingthroughthenasal
cannula.
6.3.2TurningtheConcentratorOn
1.PresspowerswitchAtoOnposition.
Allthepanellightsandtheaudiblealarmwillcomeon
foronesecond,indicatingthattheunitisfunctioning
properly.
