THEWARRANTYBELOWHASBEENDRAFTEDTOCOMPLYWITHFEDERALLAWAPPLICABLETOPRODUCTSMANUFACTUREDAFTERJULY4,1975.
ThiswarrantyisextendedonlytotheoriginalpurchaserwhopurchasesthisproductwhennewandunusedfromInvacareCorporationoradealer.
Thiswarrantyisnotextendedtoanyotherpersonorentityandisnottransferableorassignabletoanysubsequentpurchaserorowner.Coverage
underthiswarrantywillenduponanysuchsubsequentsaleorothertransferoftitletoanyotherperson.Thiswarrantygivesyouspecificlegal
rightsandyoumayalsohaveotherlegalrightswhichmayvaryfromstatetostate.
InvacareCorporationwarrantsitsPerfecto

OxygenConcentratorswhenpurchasednewandunusedtobefreefromdefectsinmaterialsand
workmanshipforaperiodofthreeyearsfromdateofpurchasefromInvacareoradealer,withacopyoftheseller’sinvoicerequiredfor
coverageunderthiswarranty.
DONOTOPENORATTEMPTTOSERVICETHE4-WAYVALVEBODY.
Thiswillvoidanyandallwarrantyapplicabletothevalvebody.IfwithinsuchwarrantyperiodsanysuchproductshallbeproventoInvacare
Corporation'ssatisfactiontobedefective,suchproductshallberepairedorreplaced,atInvacareCorporation'soption.Thiswarrantyonlyapplies
tothelaborforrepairsperformedbytheInvacareServiceDepartmentorInvacareAuthorizedServiceCenters.Itdoesnotapplytothelabor
performedbythepurchaseroruser.Thiswarrantydoesnotincludenormalwearandtearorshippingcharges.InvacareCorporation'ssole
obligationandyourexclusiveremedyunderthiswarrantyshallbelimitedtosuchrepairorreplacement.
Routinemaintenanceitems,suchasfilters,areexcludedfromthiswarranty.Forwarrantyservice,pleasecontactInvacareCorporation'sService
Departmentatthetollfreenumberonthebackcover.Uponreceivingnoticeofanallegeddefectinaproduct,InvacareCorporationwillissuea
serializedreturnauthorization.Itshallthenbetheresponsibilityofthepurchasertoreturntheentireunitorremove,atpurchaser'scost,the
defectivecomponentpart(s)identified,packthecomponentpart(s)inamannertoavoidshippingdamageandtoshipthecomponentpart(s)to
eitherInvacareCorporation'splantorservicecenterasspecifiedbyInvacareCorporationinadvance.Defectivecomponentpart(s)mustbe
returnedforwarrantyinspectionusingtheserialnumberasidentificationwithinthirtydaysofreturnauthorizationdate.Donotreturnproductsto
ourfactorywithoutpriorconsent.C.O.D.shipmentswillberefused;pleaseprepayshippingcharges.
LIMITATIONSANDEXCLUSIONS:THEFOREGOINGWARRANTYSHALLNOTAPPLYTOPRODUCTSSUBJECTEDTONEGLIGENCE,
ACCIDENT,IMPROPEROPERATION,MAINTENANCEORSTORAGE,SOOTORSMOKE-FILLEDENVIRONMENTS,OROTHERTHAN
