Setup by Application
With setting QoS by application, the upload and download speed of specified
application can be limited at a specified maximum rate or granted at a specified
minimum rate.
Apps
Check the application which you want set a QoS.
Operation Mode
Chose 'Max Rate Limit' or 'Min Rate Grantee'.
Download/Upload
Chose the download and upload speed.
