Built-in Needle Threader
NOTE:
The needle threader can be used with a #11 to #14
needle.
Thread size 50 to 90 is recommended.
Do not use thread size 30 or thicker.
z Press the lockout key to lock the machine.
Lower the presser foot.
Turn the handwheel toward you to until the needle
thread sign w appears on the right upper corner of
the lockout window.

w Needle threader sign
x Pull down the needle threader knob as far as it will go.
The threader hook comes out through the needle eye
from behind.

c Draw the thread from left to right, under the left guide,
threader hook and right guide.
Draw the thread around the right guide toward you.
t Left guide
y Right guide
v Raise the threader slowly so a loop of the thread is
pulled up through the needle eye.
u Threader loop
b Remove the thread end through the needle eye to the
rear.
