Rear Axle - SD80, PD70
Renewing the Pinion Oil Seal
The rear axle pinion oil seal is renewed using the same
procedure as Front Axle SD55, SD70 but note the following:
The rear axles are fitted with a brake disc/drive flange in
place of the yoke on front axles. For the brake disc removal
procedure see Section G, Brakes, Service Procedures.
