Steer Unit Operation
- 2 Wheel Steer Machines
On 2 wheel steer machines the hydraulic steer unit
operation is identical to that described for the 4
wheel steer machines, except the unit pumps oil
out directly to a power track rod ram fitted on the
front axle only. Also, therefore the 2 wheel steer
machines do not have a steer mode control valve.
